P&O Cruises

Scene Setter

P&O Cruises Australia is the region’s largest and longest-serving cruise operator.

They recently gave 2 ships, the Pacific Aria and Pacific Eden brand new fit-outs.

One docked in Fremantle, the other in Brisbane.

This project involved us photographing the luxurious and fine-detailed interior spaces of the 2 ships.

Approach

We rolled with a similar approach for both ships. Timing was tight and we had many spaces to cover. We packed light and agile so could move around the ship easily.

The images are being used to give people a sense of the spaces on the ship so it was important not to get too arty and miss the point – show the spaces in a way that people can place themselves there.

Outcome

The two photo shoots took place on different sides of Australia and both sets of images hang together strongly and are on-brand for P&O Australia.

Throughout the website they are able to clearly show true-to-life images so new clients know exactly the experience they are booking and the wonderful spaces they get to holiday in.
